Average support wait
One delivery, individually labeled, on the shelf by mealtime
Step 1
An automated invite goes out the day before with that day's restaurant lineup. Nobody has to remember to send it.
Step 2
Each person browses the rotating menus, customizes their meal, and handles their own dietary needs. Ordering closes three hours before delivery.
Step 3
Meals are made fresh at each restaurant, then packed and labeled individually, not portioned out of a shared tray.
Step 4
Smart batching combines every order into a single drop-off onto your Stations shelf, each meal labeled with a name.

Simpler meal coordination
No more keeping track of who eats what
With Sharebite, every person chooses the meal that works for them. Organizers no longer need to collect individual orders, decode dietary restrictions, or keep track of who requested what.
Everyone orders exactly what they want
Each person chooses from the day’s available menus and customizes their meal to match their preferences, appetite, and dietary needs.
Every meal is individually packaged
Meals arrive individually packaged and clearly labeled, so there are no communal trays, mix-ups, or guessing which meal belongs to whom.
Dietary details, clear at a glance
Clear tags show whether items contain or are free from common allergens. Organizers can coordinate the meal without collecting everyone’s restrictions or becoming the office allergy database.
Set a budget per person. Spend what you use.
An allowance per person, per meal period
Set the allowance amount and the days or hours when it applies. You are invoiced for actual redeemed spend, not unused allowance. Applicable delivery, service, swipe, and transaction fees may apply.
Employees can cover overages
If an employee chooses an order above the allowance, they can use a linked personal card to pay the difference in the same transaction. The company is not charged for the overage.
No setup or recurring platform fee
There is no signup, seat, license, monthly, or annual platform fee. Product-specific terms, including order minimums and fee structure, vary by agreement.

Four ways to feed an office, honestly compared
Where another option is the better answer, the table says so.
| Sharebite Stations | Consumer delivery app | Traditional catering | Closed-network lunch program | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who picks the meal | Each employee, from that day's rotating menus. | Each employee, from the whole marketplace. | An admin picks one menu for everyone. | Each employee, from a fixed vendor list. |
| Dietary handling | The person with the restriction orders for themselves. | Same — the individual orders for themselves. | An admin collects restrictions and relays them. | Limited to what the network happens to stock. |
| Deliveries per lunch | One, smart-batched across every restaurant. Best | One per person — a lobby full of couriers. | One or two, plus setup. | One. |
| How you're billed | One monthly invoice for redeemed spend, plus any applicable order and program fees. | Per order, on the employee's card, then reimbursed through expenses. | Per event, invoiced after the fact. | Per seat, every month, ordered or not. |
| Budget controls | Per-person allowance by meal period; employees top up with a linked personal card. Best | None built in — you police it on the expense report. | Controlled at the order, not per person. | Per-seat allowance, usually use-it-or-lose-it. |
| Reporting for finance | Spend and participation by site, team and month. Best | Individual receipts to chase and reconcile. | One invoice per event. | Program-level totals. |
| Works for remote staff | Yes, when paired with Passport. | Yes, wherever the app operates. | No. | Only inside the network's footprint. |
| Restaurant variety | A curated rotation of local restaurants in 15 metros. | Widest by far — the entire marketplace, every cuisine in range. Best | A short list of caterers who do volume. | Fixed network, changes rarely. |
| Best for | A recurring office lunch that runs itself. | One-off individual meals and late nights. | Board lunches, all-hands and events. | Offices already inside that network. |

When tackling an issue as expansive as hunger, it's important to remember that even just one meal can make an impact. We're so grateful for the contributions that Sharebite and its community are making toward an America where no one is hungry.”

Frequently asked questions
How does office lunch delivery work with Sharebite Stations?
Your team gets an email the day before. Everyone picks their own meal from that day's rotating restaurants, ordering closes three hours out, and it all arrives as one batched delivery, individually labeled, before noon.
What happens if an order is wrong or arrives late?
If something is missing, incorrect, or delayed, contact us right away through the app or your dedicated support contact. We will confirm the issue, coordinate a fast fix, and keep you updated. When a remake is not practical, we credit the affected items or the full order as appropriate. If the delay is caused by the vendor or courier, we apply a make-good and review routing and setup details to prevent repeats. To avoid common problems, share your building access notes once and we will store them for future deliveries.
Can we run Stations in the office and Passport for remote staff at the same time?
Yes. Many customers use both to support hybrid teams. You set policy and budget once, including daily caps, eligible days, and rules, then apply them to Stations in-office and Passport for remote staff. Employees get a consistent experience whether they are on-site or off, and your team receives consolidated reporting on spend, participation, and dietary coverage across locations.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We serve major US metros and surrounding suburbs, and we are expanding. Current coverage includes New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, Seattle, Austin, Denver, Nashville, Minneapolis, and more. To confirm service at a specific location, use our coverage checker to enter your office address. If you prefer, our team can verify coverage for you and recommend a plan that matches every office in your footprint.
