Q: Does Juicygreens have any New Year's resolutions you want to share with your customers?
A: This year, our resolution is to deepen our commitment to our community and their wellness. We're focusing on creating a better customer experience with new dishes full of flavor, color and texture, introducing more wellness events, and launching our new wholesale juice program to give more access to our cold-pressed juices.
Q: What is the best thing about being a family-owned restaurant?
A: The best part of being a family-owned restaurant is the personal connection and love we receive from our community and staff. Every juice we create, every recipe we develop, every obstacle “big or small” we face carries our family's passion for entrepreneurship and a healthier community. We're not just a wellness cafe; we're sharing our family’s mission to create a better world with what we know and use our resources to create healthier spaces.
Q: The menu offers many great options - how did the concept and menu come to life?
A: Our menu was born from our family's travel adventures to the Caribbean and South America. After learning more about Dr. Fuhrman EAT TO LIVE movement, we wanted to create delicious, culturally friendly food that is affordable and accessible to all. Each recipe was tested in our own home kitchen with family and friends, especially our own children.
Q: Juicygreens is operating out of 6 locations! Any advice for restaurants looking to expand?
A: Our expansion is still a work in process. Having multiple locations comes with many financial risks and challenges but we have learned that in order to have successful growth, we have to stay true to our core values. Every team member needs to understand why we are here and why we need our guests to experience JUICY life. Giving our customers the best product and experience is the reason why we open our kitchens every morning, why we source the best ingredients, why we create partnerships with other business owners and why we constantly provide our staff with educational opportunities. We make it clear with our leadership example that there is no tolerance for mediocre service, we have to give our BEST.
