Q: How does your food celebrate your Hispanic heritage?

A: We are directly representatives of Hispanic Heritage being immigrants from different regions in Mexico. We bring a nostalgic flavor to all of our guests by providing authentic recipes for our home towns in Mexico, such as Sonora, Puebla, Guadalajara and even Guatemala. Trying our food is feeling at home in Mexico, or feeling in a special place you have visited before in any of these regions. 

Q: What does this month mean to you personally?

A: It is very important for us to remember where we come from. Mexican culture is rich in gastronomy, culture, language, music, art and values. This is a celebration by remembering all this and embracing our roots gives our business passion and drive. It is also a great opportunity to have more exposure to our business by sharing our culture and our food. 

Q: Are there any traditions or celebrations your restaurant participates in?

A: Cinco de Mayo, Juneteenth, Black History Month, Pride Month, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and more. We like celebrating traditions and festivities that bring people together with great food and great company. 

Q: What menu item would you recommend for a first-time customer?

A: Burrito Percheron, being our signature burrito. But we have our two popular dishes, Enchiladas Poblanas and Torta Ahogada, that are also top sellers. 

Q: What would you like your customers to know about Mexican Burrito & Beyond?

A: Mexican Burrito & Beyond is a small business that started during the pandemic. It took a lot of effort to be able to be part of American Culture with our Mexican cuisine! We make authentic Mexican food with fresh ingredients. Customers should have peace of mind that they can enjoy a great meal that is fresh, delicious, colorful and traditional. We cook with passion! By supporting our business they support Mexico, since we use authentic Mexican products. 

Q: How has Sharebite added value to your business?

A: Sharebite has opened the doors for us by giving us exposure to business that could discover us later in time. And also, it is a pleasure to partner with Sharebite because they donate a meal for those in need. 

Q: What is your favorite thing about working with Sharebite?

A: They are professional and have great communication skills. They give small businesses a fantastic exposure and the opportunity to provide our menu to all the Latin lovers out there.
